Important points you must know while working with First Fly Express
First Fly Express is only an aggregator connecting Courier Partners and Users. We do not provide courier services ourselves.
We make no warranty regarding timeliness or quality of services provided by Service Providers. Service Providers are not our employees or agents.
Collaborations with top international courier partners like FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT and Aramex — manage everything from one platform.
These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy together constitute the entire agreement between you and First Fly Express.
First Fly Express reserves the right to modify, change prices, or discontinue any service at any time, with or without prior notice.
Zones are pre-defined based on source city and pincode. Always check the zoning matrix before placing an order to avoid discrepancies.
Full legal name, address and a valid email are required to create an account. Providing false information may result in account suspension.
Keeping your password secure is your responsibility. First Fly Express will not be liable for any loss resulting from failure to maintain account security.
Use First Fly Express only for legal and authorized purposes. Compliance with Indian laws, including copyright laws, is mandatory.
Declaring correct dimensions and weight for every order is the user's responsibility. Any delay or discrepancy due to incorrect data will be the user's liability.
First Fly Express may terminate your account without notice in case of fraud, false information, misuse, or any violation of Terms & Conditions.
To cancel your account, email Accounts@firstflyexpress.com after clearing all dues. Data deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
Several payment methods are available on the platform. Clearing invoices within the agreed credit period is mandatory.
All charges and fees are exclusive of government taxes (GST, service tax, etc.). Applicable taxes will be charged separately.
Failure to pay invoices within the credit period may result in termination of services and cancellation of the account.
Refunds, if any, will be processed after deduction of applicable charges following account cancellation.
First Fly Express will not be liable for extra charges incurred due to orders placed in the wrong weight slab or mode of transport.
Price changes will be communicated via announcement, email to the registered ID, or by publishing on the website.
Any item that is prohibited or restricted under applicable law cannot be shipped through First Fly Express:

The firstflyexpress.com domain, logos, page headers and service names constitute the company's trade dress. Use without prior written approval is strictly prohibited.
Purchasing domain names using First Fly Express trademarks, variations, or misspellings thereof is strictly prohibited.
Any feedback or suggestion you submit becomes the intellectual property of First Fly Express without any obligation of compensation.

These Terms are governed under the exclusive jurisdiction of New Delhi Courts. All disputes shall be resolved in New Delhi only.
First Fly Express shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of profits, goodwill, or data.

Platform access is dependent on your internet connectivity. First Fly Express shall not be held liable for any disruption due to internet issues.

If you are dissatisfied with the platform, your sole remedy is to stop using the website and terminate these Terms of Use.
If any clause is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining Terms of Use shall continue in full force and remain binding.
