Dispatched Shipments — Non-Voidable

Any shipment that has been booked, scanned as PICKED UP, and dispatched from the hub is considered UN-VOIDABLE. Such shipments cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, and no refunds will be considered — regardless of the reason — by the shipper or consignee.

Shipments On Hold — 48 Hour Rule

Any shipment booked and scanned as PICKED UP, but subsequently requested to be placed on HOLD by the Shipper or Consignee, will be kept at our hub for a maximum of 48 hours. After 48 hours, warehousing and demurrage charges will apply. In no case will a shipment placed on hold be eligible for a refund.

Eligible Refunds — Cancel Within 3 Hours

Refunds are applicable only for shipments where cancellation is requested within 3 hours of the PICKED UP scan. The shipping amount will be refunded within 7 working days to the Shipper/Consignee, after deducting the Airway Bill charges and pick-up charges incurred in executing the shipment.

General Rule — Refunds Not Entertained

As a general rule, refunds will not be entertained beyond the conditions outlined above. Customers are advised to carefully review all shipment details before booking to avoid any disputes.

Special Cases — Management Discretion

Should the management determine that a refund is warranted due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund may be processed at the sole discretion of management. Such refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10 days of subscribing to the service.

Refund Amount — Case by Case Basis

The refund amount, where applicable, will vary from case to case. The final refund amount will be determined based on the specific circumstances, charges incurred, and the nature of the shipment involved.
